Digital Seva Portal 2023: Digital India Program is a program launched by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi to promote digital mediums and technology across the country. As an implementation step of the Digital India programme, the Central Government launched Common Service Centers (CSC) across the country. The primary objective of the initiative is to ensure that government services are accessible across India, even in rural and remote areas. Digital Seva CSC Portal provides services to citizens directly at their doorsteps to bring transparency and accountability to the system. These centres work to eliminate middlemen and prevent corruption in government offices.
Digital Seva Common Service Center is an online portal where citizens are provided access to various government services. CSC e-Governance is a portal developed by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India. And Citizens can use the portal for online application of various certificates, government services, banking and insurance services.

Requirements to open Digital Seva CSC Portal

Digital Seva Portal 2023: Apart from the above-mentioned eligibility criteria, individuals can open Digital Seva Portal CSC by fulfilling the following conditions:

1. You must have a pre-owned space that is easily accessible to the people of the area.
2. You have to install a kiosk service which will be operational from 8 am to 8 pm.
3. And Your centre should be well-equip to meet all end-user requirements and provide all necessary services.
4. You will have to appoint centre managers who will need to ensure that the KIOSK is operating smoothly and all services are being provided effectively.
5. You will need the following equipment, which is mandatory for each Digital Seva CSC Portal Centre:

• Two or more computers equipped with a licensed operating system
  • 1GB RAM with 500GB hard drive and other high-end specifications
  • Printer

  • scanner

How to get Digital Seva Portal Registration?

For the Digital Seva Portal registration process, you must have all your documents with you, and you must satisfy the above-mentioned eligibility criteria.
If you have a place with all the equipment mentioned above, you can apply for Digital Seva Portal Registration by following the steps given below:

• You need to visit the official Digital Seva CSC Portal and click on CSC Registration.
• Go to the VLE Registration tab and click on ‘Click Here to Register.
• You have to make the required selections. You can select CSC VLE if you are an individual or for other options mentioned in the list and depending on your format. You need to enter the TEC certificate number, which can be obtained from the same portal.
• Enter your details, like your mobile number and email id, fill in the captcha and click on submit.
• You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, which needs to be filled in the space provided.
• You need to enter details like your name, age, gender, category, location, rural or urban, OTP and captcha. Then you can submit the page.
• You need to fill in some complex details like the longitude and latitude of your location, your address, banking details, your photograph etc.
• Read all the terms and conditions carefully and tick the box before proceeding with the application.
• After clicking on Next, you will give an ‘Application Form Reference ID’ which you should note down or save for future references. You will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm your Digital Seva Portal registration.
• Your application will forward to the nearest District Manager of the CSC. Who will verify your centre online or physically before marking their acceptance.
