E Ganna App was launched on 13 November 2019 by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath. This app has been launched for farmer brothers. Those who can easily get information about their sugarcane cultivation, its cultivation, acreage, crop, sugarcane slip calendar etc. on their mobile phones through this app. And before this scheme, farmers used to depend on sugar mills. Due to this, we had to go to sugar mills and get information. But now sugarcane farmers will get additional benefits from the government and the interference of sugar mills will stop. The main objective of launching the e-sugarcane app is to provide online information to the sugarcane farmers of the state through this app. Providing various types of facilities related to sugarcane to the farmers and bringing transparency between the farmer and the sugar mill. Through the e-sugarcane app, all types of information will be uploaded to the application in data. Earlier the farmers had to visit the office of the Sugarcane Committee for any kind of information. But now through this application, the farmers of the state can easily get all the information sitting at home. Farmers’ sugarcane survey basic quota, betting, sugarcane calendaring, issuing sugarcane slips and all kinds of information related to sugarcane supply will be made available to the farmers through the e-sugarcane app.
ई-गन्ना ऐप लॉन्च करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य इस ऐप के माध्यम से राज्य के गन्ना किसानों को ऑनलाइन जानकारी प्रदान करना है। किसानों को गन्ने से संबंधित विभिन्न प्रकार की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना तथा किसान व चीनी मिल के बीच पारदर्शिता लाना। ई गन्ना एप के माध्यम से डाटा में आवेदन पर सभी प्रकार की जानकारी अपलोड की जाएगी। पहले किसानों को किसी भी तरह की जानकारी के लिए गन्ना समिति के कार्यालय का चक्कर लगाना पड़ता था। लेकिन अब इस एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से राज्य के किसान आसानी से घर बैठे सभी जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। कृषक गन्ना सर्वेक्षण मूल कोटा, सट्टा, गन्ना कलैण्डर, गन्ना पर्ची जारी करना एवं गन्ना आपूर्ति से संबंधित सभी प्रकार की जानकारी ई-गन्ना एप के माध्यम से किसानों को उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी।
