West Bengal Utsashree Portal: The government is launching an official website for each and every service and scheme so that it becomes easier for the citizens to apply for various schemes and avail of various services. Recently West Bengal Government launched West Bengal Utsavshree Portal. And Teachers can apply for transfer online through this portal. The West Bengal government launched the West Bengal Utsavshree portal on 2 August 2021. And Through this portal, the teachers of West Bengal can apply for transfers. So they can also check their transfer status through this portal. Apart from this, this portal can also be used to check the eligibility criteria.
Now teachers will not have to visit government offices to apply for transfers. As can be done online through the portal. The facility of online applications will save a lot of time and money and also bring transparency to the system. West Bengal Utsavshree Portal will also reduce corruption. If a teacher is facing any disciplinary proceedings or allegations of financial irregularity or is under suspension, then that teacher will not be able to apply for transfer. Only those applicants who are permanent and working in the present post for at least five years in the present post will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.

सरकार प्रत्येक सेवा और योजना के लिए एक आधिकारिक वेबसाइट शुरू कर रही है ताकि नागरिकों के लिए विभिन्न योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन करना और विभिन्न सेवाओं का लाभ उठाना आसान हो जाए। हाल ही में पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने पश्चिम बंगाल उत्सवश्री पोर्टल लॉन्च किया। और शिक्षक इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से स्थानांतरण के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने 2 अगस्त 2021 को पश्चिम बंगाल उत्सवश्री पोर्टल लॉन्च किया। और इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से पश्चिम बंगाल के शिक्षक तबादलों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। तो वे इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से अपनी स्थानांतरण स्थिति भी देख सकते हैं। इसके अलावा इस पोर्टल का इस्तेमाल योग्यता मानदंड जांचने के लिए भी किया जा सकता है।
अब शिक्षकों को तबादलों के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए सरकारी दफ्तरों के चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे। जैसा कि पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन किया जा सकता है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन की सुविधा से समय और पैसे की काफी बचत होगी और सिस्टम में पारदर्शिता भी आएगी। पश्चिम बंगाल उत्सवश्री पोर्टल भ्रष्टाचार को भी कम करेगा। यदि कोई शिक्षक किसी अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही या वित्तीय अनियमितता के आरोपों का सामना कर रहा है या निलंबन के अधीन है, तो वह शिक्षक स्थानांतरण के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकेगा। केवल वे आवेदक जो स्थायी हैं और वर्तमान पद पर कम से कम पांच वर्षों से वर्तमान पद पर कार्यरत हैं, वे ही इस योजना का लाभ उठा सकेंगे।
