Agneepath Yojana: The Agneepath scheme has been launched by the Government of India. Through this scheme, all the youth of the country who want to join the Indian Army can fulfill their dream. Through the Agneepath scheme, a large number of recruitment will be done in all three branches of the Indian Army, Army, Navy, and Air Force. And This recruitment will be done under Agniveer Bharti. Under this scheme, jawans will be recruited for 4 years. The launch of this scheme has been announced by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and the chiefs of the three services. And The youth recruited under this scheme will be called Agniveer.
The Agneepath scheme has been approved in the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Micro Affairs. The decision to start this scheme was taken by the government on 14 June 2022. This scheme will also prove effective in increasing employment opportunities. So Apart from this, the security of the country will also be strengthened by the operation of this scheme. Before starting this scheme, the projection of the scheme was also provided to Prime Minister Narendra Modi by the three army chiefs.

अग्निपथ योजना भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई है। इस योजना के माध्यम से देश के सभी युवा जो भारतीय सेना में शामिल होना चाहते हैं अपना सपना पूरा कर सकते हैं। अग्निपथ योजना के माध्यम से भारतीय सेना, सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना की तीनों शाखाओं में बड़ी संख्या में भर्ती की जाएगी। और यह भर्ती अग्निवीर भारती के तहत की जाएगी। इस योजना के तहत जवानों की भर्ती 4 साल के लिए की जाएगी। इस योजना के लॉन्च की घोषणा रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह और तीनों सेनाओं के प्रमुखों ने की है। और इस योजना के तहत भर्ती होने वाले युवा अग्निवीर कहलायेंगे।
सूक्ष्म मामलों की कैबिनेट कमेटी की बैठक में अग्निपथ योजना को मंजूरी दी गई है। इस योजना को शुरू करने का फैसला सरकार ने 14 जून 2022 को लिया था। यह योजना रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाने में भी कारगर साबित होगी। तो इसके अलावा इस योजना के संचालन से देश की सुरक्षा भी मजबूत होगी। इस योजना को शुरू करने से पहले तीनों सेना प्रमुखों द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को योजना का प्रोजेक्शन भी प्रदान किया गया था।

Agneepath Yojana: The main objective of this scheme is to recruit the youth of the state in the army for 4 years. Therefore that the dream of all the youth of the country who want to join the army can be fulfilled. Apart from this, the operation of this scheme will strengthen the security of the country. Under the Agneepath scheme, youth will be recruited for 4 years, during which they will be provided with high-skill training in the army. So Through this training, he will be able to become trained and disciplined. Apart from this, the citizens of the country will be able to become empowered and self-reliant through the operation of this scheme. With the operation of this scheme, the average age of jawans will come down to 26 years. Apart from this, 25 percent of all these youth will also be kept in service.
इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य के युवाओं को 4 साल के लिए सेना में भर्ती करना है। ताकि देश के उन सभी युवाओं का सपना पूरा हो सके जो सेना में भर्ती होना चाहते हैं। इसके अलावा इस योजना के संचालन से देश की सुरक्षा मजबूत होगी। अग्निपथ योजना के तहत युवाओं को 4 साल के लिए भर्ती किया जाएगा, इस दौरान उन्हें सेना में उच्च कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। तो इस प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से वह प्रशिक्षित और अनुशासित बन सकेगा। यह योजना देश की बेरोजगारी दर को कम करने में भी कारगर साबित होगी। इसके अलावा इस योजना के संचालन से देश के नागरिक सशक्त और आत्मनिर्भर बन सकेंगे। इस योजना के संचालन से जवानों की औसत आयु घटकर 26 वर्ष हो जाएगी। इसके अलावा इन सभी में से 25 फीसदी युवाओं को भी सेवा में रखा जाएगा.
Agneepath Yojana Selection Process
Firefighters joining the Air Force will be given an opportunity to serve with high-skill training. Firefighters will be deployed on naval ships, submarines, aircraft, etc. In addition, women will be recruited as sailors. So The army chief said that there will be no compromise in the recruitment criteria under this scheme. Therefore Apart from this, Agniveer will be selected through a transparent recruitment process. Agniveer should fulfill all the conditions of medical eligibility. 25% of Agni Veera of each batch will be enrolled in Shastra Balo. Under the Agneepath scheme, youth can be posted in any regiment/unit/establishment. In addition, Agni Veerana Samman and Awards will also be given as per the extant guidelines.
