Dharitree Assam: To view the Assam land records, you need to visit the Integrated Land Records Management System (ILRMS Assam) holder of the state government, Assam. Dharitri Assam is a virtual medium using which landowners in the northeastern state can get all the land-related information online. It is also known as ILRMS Assam.
Established by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Assam, Dharitri Assam or ILRMS Assam enables smooth transfer and registration of land and property in Assam. The Dharitri Assam portal is also an attempt to ‘ensure interconnectivity between the offices of Revenue Circle, Sub-Registrar, Deputy Commissioners and Directorate of Land Records’. How to get land records offline in Assam?
If the village name does not appear in the list provided on the Dharitri portal, then you will have to approach your circle office to get the land records. This is because the land records of all the villages in the state are not yet digitized – maps of over 26,000 villages in Assam have been updated on the Dharitri portal. To get the physical copy of land records or Bhulekh in Assam, visit the circle office and submit an application for the same.
