- कालीबाई भील मेधावी छात्र स्कूटी योजना के माध्यम से सभी मेधावी छात्राओं को स्कूटी प्रदान की जाएगी।
- इसके माध्यम से उन्हें शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूक व प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।
- आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग की लड़कियां जो आर्थिक तंगी के कारण पढ़ नहीं पाती थीं, अब आसानी से पढ़ सकेंगी।
- इस योजना से हर साल 10 हजार से अधिक लड़कियों को लाभ मिलेगा।
- राजस्थान स्कूटी योजना के तहत दी गई स्कूटी को 5 साल तक बेचा या खरीदा नहीं जा सकता है ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि बालिका को लाभ मिले।

योजना में पात्रता की शर्तें
कालीबाई भील मेधावी छात्र स्कूटी योजना में आवेदन करने के लिए आपको इस योजना के लिए अपनी पात्रता साबित करनी होगी। आपको योजना के तहत निर्धारित कुछ पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करना होगा। जिसके लिए आपको इन पात्रता मानदंडों को जानना आवश्यक है। आइए जानते हैं इन शर्तों के बारे में।
- इस योजना के तहत केवल बालिकाएं ही पात्र होंगी।
- बालिका राजस्थान की मूल निवासी होनी चाहिए।
- आवेदक राजस्थान के अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, ईबीसी और अल्पसंख्यक वर्ग से संबंधित होना चाहिए।
- राजस्थान माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड से कक्षा 12वीं में न्यूनतम 65% अंक अनिवार्य है।
- केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड से 12वीं की परीक्षा: कुल मिलाकर न्यूनतम 75% अंक।
- बालिका किसी भी सरकारी या निजी स्कूल में नियमित रूप से पढ़ती हो।
- आवेदक को महाविद्यालय में नियमित अध्ययन भी करना चाहिए।
- आवेदन करने वाली बालिका के माता-पिता की वार्षिक आय 2.5 लाख रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- यदि आवेदन करने वाली बालिका योजना के क्रियान्वयन से पूर्व किसी अन्य योजना के अन्तर्गत स्कूटी लाभ प्राप्त कर चुकी है तो वह अब इस योजना के लिए पात्र नहीं मानी जायेगी।
- अगर लड़की को 10वीं कक्षा के आधार पर स्कूटी मिली है तो इस योजना में उस लड़की को 12वीं कक्षा के अंकों के आधार पर 40000 रुपये की राशि मिलेगी।
- जिन लड़कियों के माता-पिता आयकर नहीं देते हैं, वे टीएडी विभाग या शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा इस योजना का लाभ उठा सकती हैं।
- 12वीं के बाद स्नातक में प्रवेश लेने में बालिका को गैप नहीं होना चाहिए। अन्यथा उसे इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल पाएगा।
