The current account will not be required during the application
Applications will be taken from December 1 under the Chief Minister Entrepreneur Scheme. Out of the target of giving loans to 8000 people, 2000 people related to the textile and leather industry will be involved. Apart from this, a quota has been fixed for the Biyada area as well. Whose target has been kept at 1000. Preference will be given in giving loans to those setting up leather, food processing and textile units in the Biyada area. The remaining 5000 people will be given loans for trade. Under the Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana, the categories of scheduled castes, tribes, youth and women will be prepared as before. Although this scheme is for all classes. The applicant will not need a current account during the application under CM Udyami Yojana. But it will be mandatory for the beneficiary to open a current account after loan approval.
आवेदन के दौरान चालू खाते की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी
मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के तहत एक दिसंबर से आवेदन लिए जाएंगे। 8000 लोगों को कर्ज देने के लक्ष्य में कपड़ा और चमड़ा उद्योग से जुड़े 2000 लोग शामिल होंगे. इसके अलावा बियाडा क्षेत्र के लिए भी कोटा निर्धारित किया गया है। जिसका लक्ष्य 1000 रखा गया है। बियाडा क्षेत्र में चमड़ा, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण एवं कपड़ा इकाई लगाने वालों को ऋण देने में प्राथमिकता दी जायेगी। बाकी 5000 लोगों को व्यापार के लिए कर्ज दिया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति, युवक एवं युवतियों के वर्ग पूर्व की भांति तैयार किये जायेंगे। हालांकि यह योजना सभी वर्ग के लिए है। मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के तहत आवेदन के दौरान आवेदक को करंट अकाउंट की जरूरत नहीं होगी। लेकिन ऋण स्वीकृत होने के बाद लाभार्थी को चालू खाता खुलवाना अनिवार्य होगा।

मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना में इस बार ज्यादा से ज्यादा रोजगार सृजन पर फोकस रहेगा। केवल मशीन आधारित निर्माण इकाई स्थापित करने के लिए इस योजना में कौन सा ऋण दिया जायेगा ? इस योजना के तहत मशीन लगाने के लिए अधिकतम 6 लाख रुपये दिए जाएंगे। निर्धारित राशि में मशीन खरीदना अनिवार्य किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के तहत वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 में कुल 15986 लोगों का चयन किया गया। जिन्हें अब अलग-अलग चरणों का कर्ज दिया जा रहा है। अधिवेशन भवन में आयोजित कार्यशाला में बिहार के उद्योग मंत्री समीर कुमार महासेठ ने भी कहा कि हम बिहार के नागरिकों को नौकरी मांगने वाला नहीं बल्कि नौकरी देने वाला बनाना चाहते हैं. बिहार को उपभोक्ता से उत्पादक राज्य बनाने के लिए सरकार गंभीरता से काम कर रही है।
Counselling under Bihar Chief Minister Entrepreneur Scheme
As you all know, counselling of selected applications is being done under Bihar Chief Minister Entrepreneur Scheme. This counselling is being done in Resham Bhawan. 65000 applications received under Bihar Chief Minister Entrepreneur Scheme
The waiting list for applications under the Bihar Chief Minister Entrepreneur Scheme will be prepared in the coming 2 months. So there will be around 65000 applicants on this list. Then beneficiaries in the number of 200-200 will be selected under Chief Minister Scheduled Caste-Tribe Entrepreneur Scheme, Chief Minister Most Backward Class Entrepreneur Scheme, Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Scheme and Chief Minister Women Entrepreneur Scheme. बिहार मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के तहत 65000 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए
बिहार मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के तहत आवेदनों की प्रतीक्षा सूची आगामी 2 माह में तैयार की जाएगी। तो इस लिस्ट में करीब 65000 आवेदक होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति उद्यमी योजना, मुख्यमंत्री अति पिछड़ा वर्ग उद्यमी योजना, मुख्यमंत्री युवा उद्यमी योजना एवं मुख्यमंत्री महिला उद्यमी योजना के तहत 200-200 की संख्या में लाभार्थियों का चयन किया जायेगा. तो इसका मतलब यह है कि शेष आवेदकों को प्रतीक्षा सूची में रखा जाएगा। और यह जानकारी उद्योग विभाग के अधिकारियों ने दी है।
कुछ सूत्रों द्वारा यह सुझाव दिया गया कि आने वाले वित्तीय वर्ष के लाभार्थियों का चयन उन सभी नागरिकों में से किया जाना चाहिए जो प्रतीक्षा सूची में हैं। लेकिन उद्योग विभाग द्वारा अभी तक इस संबंध में कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजनान्तर्गत चयनित होने वाले समस्त हितग्राहियों को उद्योग विभाग द्वारा अपने स्तर पर प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान किया जायेगा। जिससे उनके उद्योग का विकास हो सके।

- As you all know, the last date to apply under Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana was 17th September. The application process ended on 17th September at 12:00 PM. This application process started on 17th June. Till 7:00 pm on September 17, 57 thousand applications have been received. Then this information has been provided by the Industries Department. The process of scrutiny of applications will be started by the department soon. After scrutiny, the selection process will be started. 10 lakh rupees will be provided to the beneficiaries through this scheme. Then out of which Rs 5 lakh will be provided as a grant and Rs 5 lakh will be provided as a loan at low interest.
Allocation of a budget of Rs 200-200 crores
This scheme will be operated through the Industries Department. Under the Women Entrepreneur Scheme, 11625 applications have been received. 12971 applications have been received under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana. Also, a separate scheme is being run by the government to promote the industry of SC ST citizens, under which 16327 applications have been received. However, under the Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana, 200-200 crore rupees have been allocated by the government for all 4 schemes. This means that if 10-10 lakh projects are approved, then a maximum of two thousand citizens will be given the benefit of the scheme. Also, a total of 8-10 thousand citizens will be able to get benefit from this scheme.
Bihar Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana
Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana was started by the Government of Bihar to encourage entrepreneurs. Through this scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 1000000 is provided to the citizens of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for the industry. Now the benefit of this scheme will also be given to the youth of the state. Also, all those people in the state whose age between 18 years to 50 years can get benefit of this scheme. Apart from this, to get the benefit of this scheme, the beneficiary should have a 10+2 or Intermediate, ITI, or Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
Through Bihar Mukhyamantri Yuva Udhyami Yojana, the unemployment rate of the state will also decline. Out of the amount of Rs 10 lakh received through this scheme, the youth will have to return only Rs 500000 and a grant of Rs 500000 will be provided by the government. बिहार मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना
मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना बिहार सरकार द्वारा उद्यमियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए शुरू की गई थी। इस योजना के माध्यम से अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के नागरिकों को उद्योग के लिए ₹1000000 की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाती है। अब इस योजना का लाभ प्रदेश के युवाओं को भी मिलेगा। राज्य के वे सभी लोग जिनकी आयु 18 वर्ष से 50 वर्ष के बीच है, इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए लाभार्थी के पास 10+2 या इंटरमीडिएट, आईटीआई या पॉलिटेक्निक डिप्लोमा या समकक्ष होना चाहिए।
- बिहार मुख्यमंत्री युवा उद्यमी योजना के माध्यम से राज्य की बेरोजगारी दर में भी कमी आएगी। इस योजना के माध्यम से प्राप्त होने वाली 10 लाख रुपये की राशि में से युवाओं को केवल 500000 रुपये वापस करने होंगे और सरकार द्वारा 500000 रुपये का अनुदान प्रदान किया जाएगा। युवाओं को ₹500000 की राशि पर 1% ब्याज देना होगा। यह योजना बिहार के उद्योग विभाग द्वारा संचालित की जाएगी।
