The Government of West Bengal has launched the West Bengal Lakshmi Bhandar Scheme Yojana to provide basic income support to the women heads of the household. And Through this scheme, the government is going to provide Rs.500 per month to general-category families. And Rs.1000 per month to SC/ST families. So This scheme will benefit about 1.6 crore families in West Bengal. Therefore The scheme has been launched keeping in mind the monthly average consumption expenditure of a household state which is Rs.5249. So The financial assistance provided through this scheme will cover 10% to 20% of the monthly expenditure of the beneficiary. The benefit amount under this scheme will be deposited directly into the bank account of the beneficiaries.
The second phase of the Duare Sarkar Project Camp is being organized by the Government of West Bengal. So These camps will be organized from 16 August to 15 September. And Through these camps, citizens can apply under various schemes offered by the state government. In the first two days, 18,500 camps were organized in which 29,02,049 people participated. Therefore According to official sources, the most sought-after scheme was the West Bengal Lakshmi Bhandar Yojana. Which provides Rs 500 monthly income support to women heads of general households and Rs 1000 monthly income support to women heads of Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe families. More than 60% of applications under the scheme have been received through these camps.

Lakshmi Bhandar Scheme: In HIndi
पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने घर की महिला मुखियाओं को बुनियादी आय सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए पश्चिम बंगाल लक्ष्मी भंडार योजना शुरू की है। और इस योजना के माध्यम से सरकार सामान्य वर्ग के परिवारों को 500 रुपये प्रति माह और अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति के परिवारों को 1000 रुपये प्रति माह प्रदान करने जा रही है। इस योजना से पश्चिम बंगाल में लगभग 1.6 करोड़ परिवारों को लाभ होगा। यह योजना एक घरेलू राज्य के मासिक औसत उपभोग व्यय को ध्यान में रखते हुए शुरू की गई है जो कि 5249 रुपये है। इस योजना के माध्यम से प्रदान की जाने वाली वित्तीय सहायता लाभार्थी के मासिक व्यय का 10% से 20% तक कवर करेगी। इस योजना के तहत लाभ राशि सीधे लाभार्थियों के बैंक खाते में जमा की जाएगी।
दुआरे सरकार परियोजना शिविर का दूसरा चरण पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार द्वारा आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इसलिए ये कैंप 16 अगस्त से 15 सितंबर तक आयोजित किए जाएंगे। और इन शिविरों के माध्यम से नागरिक राज्य सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत आवेदन कर सकते हैं। पहले दो दिनों में 18,500 शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें 29,02,049 लोगों ने भाग लिया। आधिकारिक सूत्रों के अनुसार, सबसे अधिक मांग वाली योजना पश्चिम बंगाल लक्ष्मी भंडार योजना थी, जो सामान्य परिवारों की महिला प्रमुखों को 500 रुपये मासिक आय सहायता और अनुसूचित जाति या अनुसूचित जनजाति परिवारों की महिला प्रमुखों को 1000 रुपये मासिक आय सहायता प्रदान करती है। इन शिविरों के माध्यम से योजना के तहत 60% से अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त हुए हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ने पश्चिम बंगाल लक्ष्मी भंडार योजना के लिए दिशा-निर्देशों और नियमों की घोषणा की है। इसके तहत सरकार ने 100 रुपए मासिक भत्ता देने की घोषणा की है। गरीब परिवारों को 500 रुपए दिए जाएंगे। सभी अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के परिवार यह सहायता प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। सामान्य वर्ग के परिवारों को 1000 रुपये दिए जाएंगे। महिला एवं बाल विकास और समाज कल्याण विभाग ने 30 जुलाई 2021 को ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर पात्रता मानदंड और कई अन्य जानकारी जारी की।
