Eligibility Criteria for Schools

Eligibility Criteria for Students

  • Only students who are members of scheduled castes are eligible to apply for this course.
  • The student must register for classes in the eighth through tenth grades for the duration of the current academic year.
  • The combined annual income of the parents shouldn’t be more than Rs. 2.5 lakh.
  • All applicants for the ninth grade, except April 1, 2006, must have been born on or before March 31, 2010.
  • Applications for the class of 2011 must be submitted by those who were born between April 1, 2004, and March 31, 2008.

National Entrance Test for SHRESTHA

  • A national merit test called the “National Entrance Test for SHRESTHA (NETS)” is used to decide student admittance to schools.
